PRELIMINARY MEETING
Based on the information generated from the initial interview, I will provide a design proposal reflecting my scope of work, professional fee, and terms and conditions. Upon approval and deposit of the acceptance fee, I will schedule an ocular visit to your place and verify the actual measurements.​

SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE
I will create schematic designs that include a floor plan with furniture layout, image boards, and an interior design animation. This will help you visualize my ideas for your space during our online meetings. I provide at least two revisions for the selected design. Once the design concept is approved, I will move forward to the design development phase.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Based on the approved design presentation, I will develop the plans into more detailed drawings. These include floor plans with furniture layout, furniture and wall details, materials, a swatch board/ mood board, perspective, and a list of possible suppliers.

CONTRACT, DESIGN DOCUMENTS, AND COORDINATION PHASE

I will prepare complete drawings and general specifications as a document reference to the construction proposal of the contractor or builder.

The PDF copies of the interior design document are intended for the builder/contractor, the building administrator (for the condo unit project, only upon request), and a complete PDF copy for the client.

I will also coordinate and request quotations for possible suppliers and contractors for the project. We will schedule a meeting with them to discuss the design requirements.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The execution of the design will begin once you have selected a contractor. I will conduct regular site visits and collaborate with your contractor on design details, coordinating with suppliers regarding their delivery schedules and installation until the project is ready for turnover and interior styling. The contractor's scope of work includes site supervision. 

STYLING

I will coordinate with the contractor to check the complete interior design execution. The client or an authorized representative will also have a separate punch listing or quality check with the contractor. 

The interior designer may schedule a dedicated day for purchasing home accessories at nearby stores. The client will provide a set budget for the designer to adhere to when making these purchases.

Alternatively, the client may choose to purchase all the agreed home accessories independently. Once everything is acquired, the designer can schedule a styling day to arrange the items.

PHOTOSHOOT
The photoshoot and filming are for documentation and permit their use in any publication. The client's name will not be mentioned without prior consent.

PRELIMINARY MEETING

Based on the information generated from the initial interview, I will provide a budget-friendly design proposal with terms and conditions. Upon approval and deposit of the acceptance fee, I will prepare the interior design animation to present to you at our next virtual meeting.

FIRST VIRTUAL MEETING

I will present the floor plan, furniture layout, and interior design animation so you can visualize my ideas for your space and discuss if there are revision/s (2 revisions only) and further concerns about the interior.

SECOND TO THIRD VIRTUAL MEETING

I will present the floor plan, furniture layout, and interior design animation for approval.

DESIGN DOCUMENTS PHASE

Based on the approved final design, I will prepare the final floor plan with a furniture layout, two 3D renders, a list of suppliers, and a design guide. These documents will serve as the reference for your interior transformation. I will send a copy of the documents to your email and deposit the balance of the design fee.

In the Budget-friendly interior design service, the owner shall be responsible for setting up the interior space based on the design documents provided. 

The Interior Designer reserves the right to request a copy of the pictures be sent via email for documentation and permit their use in any publication. The client's name will not be mentioned without prior consent.

* The contract/ quotation of the Interior Designer is separate from the contractor and the suppliers. 

*  The budget-friendly design package is limited to virtual presentations and meetings. The client shall provide all necessary details to enable the designer to assess and review the design requirements effectively. A site visit for space allocation, measurement verification, and preliminary assessment is optional and may be included in the scope of work upon request and subject to additional terms.

PRELIMINARY MEETING

Based on the information generated from the initial interview, I will provide a styling service proposal with terms and conditions. Once approved and the acceptance fee is confirmed, I will conduct an on-site visit to assess the areas for styling. From there, I’ll begin preparing the design presentations, which will be sent to your email for review.

DESIGN PRESENTATION PHASE

I will create a mood board with design elements and email it to you for approval. You will get the chance to comment on each area if you have any changes or requests for revision.

DESIGN DOCUMENTS PHASE

Upon receiving approval for the design concept, I will work on the design documents that will serve as a general reference for the transformation of your home/ condo unit. The design documents are converted into a PDF file and sent directly to your email for easy reference and implementation.

STYLING PHASE

The interior designer may schedule a dedicated day for sourcing and purchasing home accessories.

Clients have the option to provide a budget, allowing the designer to shop on their behalf and select pieces that align with the approved styling concept.

Alternatively, clients may choose to purchase the recommended accessories or furniture themselves, based on the Styling Guide provided.

Once all design elements are complete, a Styling Day will be scheduled — typically lasting between 4 and 8 hours, anytime from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this time, I will personally style, decorate, and photograph the entire unit or space for its final reveal.
