The professional interior design fee is structured on a per-phase basis, depending on the scope and complexity of your project.
A detailed breakdown of fees, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in the official Design Services Proposal.
Throughout the design process, you will receive a progress billing statement. This phased billing approach ensures transparency, keeps you informed, and allows for timely communication at each stage.

Yes! I understand that every project is unique. If you're unsure which design service best suits your needs, I offer customized interior design solutions tailored to your space, goals, and budget.

Do you offer design and build?
I do not offer design and build services. My professional focus is on interior design. However, I work closely with trusted builders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that the design is executed accurately during the construction phase.
Can you help me find a contractor?
Yes. I guide my clients through the contractor selection process, assisting in the review and evaluation of contractor quotations based on the approved design. I ensure that the contractor’s scope aligns with the design intent and your project goals.
Do you accept projects in provinces or abroad?
Yes. I offer comprehensive interior design services across Metro Manila, throughout the provinces, and to clients internationally. My clientele includes many overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who own properties in the Philippines, as well as clients abroad seeking bespoke online design solutions tailored to their unique needs.
How long will the interior design process take?
The duration of the interior design process depends on several factors, including the intricacy of the design, the total floor area, and the level of detail required in the design documentation. Key milestones—such as the initial design presentation and the final submission of design documents—will be clearly outlined in your interior design proposal.
Throughout the process, you will be fully informed and engaged through consistent and transparent progress updates.
Once the design documents are complete, your builder will receive a copy to use as the basis for their build proposal. Construction or renovation will begin once you have approved the builder’s proposal and secured all necessary permits and documentation. I recommend requesting a detailed scope of work and construction timeline from your builder to ensure alignment with their contract.
For small-scale projects, the construction or renovation phase typically takes 2 to 3 months to complete. However, several factors may affect this timeline, including:
The intricacy of the design
Lead times for custom-made or imported (indent) items
The builder’s work schedule
Site-specific regulations or restrictions imposed by property management or subdivision authorities

Your project slot is secured once you have:
Reviewed and approved the design proposal,
Signed the agreement, and
Pay the acceptance fee.
The proposal will include a clear timeline covering the initial presentation, key design phases, and all essential details of the process.
