The build was expertly executed by Architect Pat Norson Quiboquibo and Mr. Mark Runas, while Architect Gideone Gargantos thoughtfully crafted the custom cabinetry alongside Interior Designer Denise Chua.
From the very beginning, the homeowners communicated a clear and refined vision: to transform their existing residence into a sophisticated modern sanctuary. Their requirements were precise—a contemporary aesthetic defined by clean lines, premium finishes, intelligent space planning, and a strict monochromatic palette of black, white, and gray. Every design decision, from spatial layout to material selection, was guided by the principles of minimalism, elegance, and clarity.
The renovation process was approached with exceptional care and deep respect for the home’s original structure. By preserving the existing foundation and architectural elements, the team seamlessly integrated modern upgrades and smart home technologies, enhancing both comfort and efficiency—without compromising the integrity of the design.
Lighting was a central consideration in shaping the home’s atmosphere. Natural light was maximized through thoughtful spatial planning and strategic window placement, while artificial lighting was layered artfully to highlight the home’s sleek, modern character. The result is a series of bright, open spaces that feel both inviting and functional.
Custom cabinetry was designed not only to serve as a visual focal point but also as a key organizational element. Each unit was tailored to provide streamlined storage solutions while maintaining visual harmony with the home’s overall design language. Every cabinet, shelf, and surface contributes to a sense of refined order and sophistication.
The furnishings were carefully curated to complement the aesthetic, adding warmth and texture to the space. A balanced mix of imported pieces and locally crafted items was selected, enhancing the interior’s overall harmony and elevating the home’s design.
